When will my package be shipped?

We will ship your package within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package has left.

What if I'm not at home?

No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbor. Isn't this one at home too? Your package will then be taken to a Pickup parcel shop in your area. This way you will receive your package as quickly as possible and you can decide when you will pick it up.

The Post NL driver will leave a message in your mailbox stating the address of the Pickup parcel shop and the time from which you can pick up the package. You will also receive an email from Post NL when the package has arrived at the Pickup parcel shop.

Take your ID with you when you pick up your package. You will have 7 days to collect it, after which it will be returned to us and new shipping costs will be charged to resend it to you.

At www.postnl.be you can check the status of your parcel and find more information about our Pickup parcel shops (locations, opening hours, etc.).

How can I pay and is my payment safe?

Payment can be made securely via

- Bank contact

- Credit card

- IDEAL

- Bank transfer. If you choose one of the above options, your order will be processed the same day.

If you choose a transfer, you must make the payment within 2 days and it will be processed when the money is in the account.

I have received the wrong product, what now?"

Although everything with us is super fun, we understand that you only want to receive what you ordered.

You can send us an email at info@beaubybo.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrectly delivered product.

We will then arrange the return for you and ensure that you receive your ordered item as quickly as possible!

I ordered and paid online, but I have not received an order confirmation?"

No problem. We have received your order and payment successfully. Have you already looked through your spam or unwanted emails? Sometimes it happens that the order confirmations end up there.

I see in the tracking that my package was delivered, but I did not receive anything. What now?"

Do not panic! Post NL often delivers your package to the neighbors or puts it away in a safe place in and around the house (behind a garbage can, under the carport, etc.).

If you have checked all of this and you still have not received your package, please send us an email at info@beaubybo.com . Be sure to include your order number!

We will immediately take it up with Post NL and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
