TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All our prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.

  2. Orders and payments
    For payment you can choose from the following options:
    Payments via credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact and bank transfer
    Any inaccuracies in the invoicing must be reported immediately by the customer to BEAU by Bo (Ibova trading CommV), so that we can correct the amount.

  3. Dispatch
    Worldwide delivery.

    Shipments are made via Post NL with tracking for all packages.

    From an order of €100 there are no shipping costs to Belgium and the Netherlands.
    If your package is not picked up at the collection point and is sent back to us, the return cost of 4.35 euros will be borne by the customer.

  4. BEAU by Bo (Ibova trading CommV) cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods during PostNL shipment. If you want to insure yourself, it is best to choose shipping via Post NL.
    We do everything we can to package the goods as well and safely as possible.

  5. Right to refrain from purchasing the goods
    The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces his purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery.

    The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied and instructions for use. If the returned product has been reduced in value in any way, BEAU by Bo (Ibova trading CommV) reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from use of the goods by the Customer that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

    All returned items will be carefully examined. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as he would in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but may not have been used. If an item has suffered a reduction in value due to the use of the Customer, this will be charged to the Customer. The buyer must return the product to the seller within 14 calendar days in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all original labels and in the original packaging. The seller undertakes to refund the purchase price of the product paid by the buyer (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt of the product via a gift card or exchange for another product.

    In the event of incorrect return in accordance with the foregoing, the seller will not be obliged to pay any amount and the product remains the property of the buyer. It can then be collected from the seller within 14 days or, at the buyer's express request, it can be returned to the buyer at his expense. The risk of returning the product as well as the costs for returning are borne exclusively by the buyer. If your package is not picked up at the collection point and is sent back to us, the return cost of 4 euros will be borne by the customer

  6. Exchange

    Still not satisfied with your product? That's annoying. We will do something about that, promise.
    We would like to explain exactly what that is for you.
    • 14 days reflection period after receiving your product.
    • In case of exchange: we will ship the new product free of charge

    Items purchased via the BEAU by Bo online store (Ibova trading CommV) can be exchanged within a period of 14 days, after day 1 delivery, provided that the product is unused, undamaged and has all original labels. Worn, soiled, smoked, washed, damaged or repaired goods cannot be returned. For all additional information see article 4.
    We also ask you to inform us within 5 working days that you wish to exchange a product.
    The costs and risk for returning the products lie solely with the buyer.
    We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we suspect that the product has been damaged by the customer, has already been used or if the reasons are unfounded.
    Sales or products in promotion cannot be exchanged.

  7. Complaints
    We try to describe the offered items as accurately as possible and to clarify them using photos.
    If typographical errors occur (material mistakes, errors), this is based on a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this.
    Colors in the photos may also differ slightly from the real colors.
    Settings and quality of your screen can have an influence on this, as can the incidence of light.
    We cannot accept exchanges based on color deviations.
    If you have any doubts about a particular product or require further information, you can always contact us for more information.
    We also reserve the right to adjust our prices.
    We also make every effort to check our products as thoroughly as possible for any errors or defects.
    We are not liable for any defects in the items offered on our website.
    We then ask you to contact the relevant manufacturer. Please also let us know so that we can also check the products additionally.
    We make every effort to prevent, remedy and resolve any complaints.
    We cannot be held liable for injuries or damage resulting from the use of our products.

  8. Guarantee
    As imposed by legal provisions, our products also have a legal warranty.
    If a product does not comply with the agreement, the buyer must inform the seller of this within 7 days following delivery.
    Any compensation for this can never be greater than the amount invoiced/paid to the buyer. Habitual or normal wear and tear, unintentional or intentional changes made by the buyer to the product, the inability to present an invoice or valid proof of payment and various negligence are explicit but therefore not exhaustive exceptions to the aforementioned warranty system.

  9. Sale items and Outlet
    No discount codes or additional promotions are possible on items sold in our outlet collection or items on sale. Discounted items (sales and outlet) that were purchased online and returned within the specified period will not be refunded. You will receive a gift card for this.

  10. Privacy
    The data of our customers.
    These are not passed on to third parties. BEAU by Bo (Ibova Trading CommV) may use this data to promote its products and services. The participant has the right to inspect the data relating to him/her and can request its correction or deletion by sending an e-mail to.

  11. Property law
    No information or photos from our site may be copied or used without our express permission
